Delivery & Returns

UK DELIVERY

Ebadges aim to dispatch UK orders within 24 working hours of cleared payment being received. Dependent on weight, smaller orders will be dispatched via 1st class post – machine orders and larger component orders over 1kg will be dispatched by our preferred courier, Interlink Express.

Buy before 12:00 noon (Mon-Fri) for next working day delivery. For orders dispatched via courier, the aim is that they are delivered the following working day. Please note that whilst the vast majority of deliveries are indeed made the next day, this is not guaranteed. Customers should ensure they provide an up-to-date email address when submitting their online order allowing Interlink Express to make contact quoting a consignment number and delivery details. Customers can track their order online at www.interlinkexpress.com.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Ebadges aims to dispatch international orders within 24 working hours of cleared payment being received. Dependent on weight, smaller orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail post – machine orders and larger component orders over 1kg will be dispatched by our courier. Delivery for European orders dispatched by road via courier should be made within 3-6 working days from dispatch. All other international destinations should receive delivery between 4-8 working days from dispatch. Ebadges will advise the anticipated shipping time at the time of order.

Ebadges work with most major couriers for international orders and will choose the best suited for price, service and delivery timescale.

RETURNS INFORMATION

In the unlikely event that you need to return items/goods purchased from ebadges then please contact us in the first instance.

The main reason for returns – incompatible components (if using non-Enterprise Products machines). Ebadges endeavours to ask all its customers to confirm compatibility of components before purchasing from us. Ebadges ask that customers check this point prior to ordering and is happy to arrange samples to be sent out for testing prior to ordering.

When returning goods customers should include a copy of their invoice/delivery note with a brief note explaining the reasons for returning the goods.

Ebadges fully adheres to the distance selling regulations set out by UK Government.
